1. General
These terms apply to all purchases and use of our website kokorebel.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee availability.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and Vipps.

5. Shipping
We currently ship from Norway to selected countries in Europe. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. The customer covers return shipping costs. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at post@kokorebel.com so we can resolve the issue.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, design, and text, is owned by KOKOREBEL and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Privacy
We care about your privacy. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of income or data. We reserve the right to make changes to our products and prices at any time.
