REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KOKOREBEL, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You have the right to exchange unused, unwashed items with original tags and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please register your exchange FORM and place a new order for the correct item. When registering, use your order number and the email address used for the original purchase. 

Pack the items in the original packaging and use the prepaid return label sent to you after registering the exchange.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your exchange within 5 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

When the items are approved, you will be refunded for the original order amount.  Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at post@kokorebel.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at post@kokorebel.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If your order was placed from within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
